On October 30, 2009, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) Board approved WIPO’s proposal to amend the Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (Rules) to allow for electronic-only filing of pleadings under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) .
