The main reason for this is the peculiarities of the rules for non-Latinic domains. The regional Cyrillic domain .ukr is unlikely to be registered by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), Internet Invest Ltd. President Oleksandr Olshansky considers.
